A colorful array of fresh vegetables makes the “Bounty of the Earth Satisfying Plate” (3,300 yen) vivid to the eye and generous in portion. Using farm-fresh vegetables delivered directly from growers that change with the seasons, it draws out the ingredients’ natural sweetness and aroma. Enjoyed simply with salt or house-made sauces, this dish lets you fully appreciate the robust character of the vegetables.

A dish even vegan beginners can enjoy, “Veg Keema Curry with small side dish and miso soup” (1580 yen). The curry roux made with domestically produced organic soy meat and naturally grown beans is filling, and with plenty of vegetables, it’s sure to satisfy. You’ll be amazed: “Is it all vegetables!?” ♪

A no-bake raw brownie. “Miso Cacao Raw Brownie” (830 yen) with a slightly bitter, moist taste. As the name suggests, the key is the miso used as a secret ingredient♪ A healthy sweet made without sugar, eggs, wheat flour, or dairy. Light in sweetness, preserving the enzymes in nuts and more — a dessert your body will love.

The name “Linio” means “line” in Esperanto, an international language, and is said to come from the shop’s wish to be a place where, just as individual “points” connect to form a “line (shape),” people connect one by one and find opportunities for a richer life.
