Founded in 1976, the long-established cafe "HARBS" is a specialty handmade cake shop that has been loved for over 40 years under the concept of "a cake that satisfies the heart with just one slice." The Ueno branch opened in 2017 on the 2nd floor of PARCO_ya Ueno, offering a luxurious moment to those who wish to enjoy cakes in the Ueno area.

Their commitment to the large No. 8 size (24 cm in diameter) cakes was born not only for visual impact, but from the pursuit of genuine satisfaction. By fine-tuning the sweetness, the way cream and sponge hold air, and the exquisite timing and balance of combining ingredients—while keeping additives for shape retention to a minimum—they achieve a uniquely smooth mouthfeel and flavor.

Handmade cakes made with carefully selected ingredients are delivered to the store fresh, so you can enjoy the just-made taste as it is. With cakes lavishly using fresh fruits, the popular Mille Crêpes, and seasonal limited offerings, about 50 recipes are constantly being refined to deliver an unchanging "universal value" whenever you visit.
