Especially famous is the shortcake reputed to be “Japan’s most delicious.” There are two varieties: the classic “Blanc” and the grown‑up “Rouge,” with a faint aroma of liqueur; both offer a delicate sponge, elegantly sweet fresh cream, and carefully selected strawberries in exquisite harmony. The shop also has a café space, where you can enjoy the beautiful cakes in the showcase on the spot along with carefully curated tea and coffee. Our signature items are two kinds of shortcake
Blanc: A classic shortcake with sponge soaked in strawberry juice, letting you simply enjoy the fresh, natural flavor of strawberries.
Rouge: A subtly pink cake that combines meringue with fresh cream infused with strawberry juice. The aroma of kirsch (cherry brandy) adds a slightly grown-up touch.
