Felt right away after entering,
more and more reserved guests started coming in right after I sat down, realizing it was very popular 🍶

First was the tuna from Nagasaki Prefecture.
Thick and tender, with a strong umami—it's amazing…!
The moist texture was truly delicious 🐟✨

The mackerel salad I ordered out of curiosity,
was fun to mix yourself,
and the combination of mackerel and potato was perfect.
The umami and fluffy texture combined to be irresistible 🥗💛

The skewers variety was abundant, tried many, but the enoki mushroom wrap was particularly my favorite 🍄‍🟫
The flavor of pork and texture of the enoki was so compatible,
upon the first bite, "I love this…!" was the thought ✨

Finished off with the garlic soy sauce grilled beef tripe.
The chewy tripe was well coated in garlic soy sauce,
and it was so good, dangerously tempting to drink too much…🍶

Realized I had completely overeaten. Kyushu cuisine is so delicious it makes you want to live there…🥺💛
