Experience the flavors of "Sushi Hiroya," one of the Tabelog's Top 100 Sushi Shops, in a more casual standing style ♡

Each morning, the freshest ingredients are carefully selected from the market 🐟

This time, I enjoyed the premium chef's selection course which includes 8 pieces of sushi, 2 side dishes, chawanmushi, a choice of one nigiri, and miso soup ✨️

Kanimiso came first, making me crave for sake...🤣

The scallop simmered with arima sansho was pleasantly chewy ♡
The sansho's aroma matched perfectly, making it delicious

Also, I loved the Uni Toro Taku roll 🤤💗

The crispy seaweed combined with the crunchy texture of takuan, accompanied by the smooth toro and uni, was outstanding!

Amberjack seasoned with salt and lemon 🍋 complemented its mild meat wonderfully♡

Kohada was lightly marinated and served with the underside on top, offering a great texture and flavor ✨️

The Marinated Tuna was plump with an exquisite flavor

The Medium Fatty Tuna melted in the mouth, simply irresistible 🤤

Kurumaebi wrapped in kelp was abundant!!
It was creamy and sweet, making it a favorite 🦐💗

Sawara was fragrant
The aroma spread delightfully, enhancing the flavor

The hand-rolled Uni was generously filled and incredibly creamy and rich...♡

Chawanmushi's lower part was like an onsen egg, with a texture that added to the enjoyment 🥚

Lastly, the fish soup was bursting with umami
making me say, "This is delicious araziru!"🤣♡

The live preparation before your eyes was enjoyable, as was the distance you get with standing sushi 🍣

The female chef was truly cool and amazing! Watching her nimble sushi making was also enjoyable 🤩✨️

With over 30 types of sake curated by a sake master and the rare unfiltered draft beer "Shirohonoka" 🍺

It's a recommended spot for indulging in authentic sushi without stiffness 🤗✨️
