In a calm, modern Japanese interior,
There are the flames and savory scent of straw grilling right from the open kitchen in front of you...🔥

It's fun to choose what you like from over 40 types of à la carte dishes〜♡

Starting with a sashimi assortment 🐟
It's luxurious to have one plate per person, and you can enjoy a small taste of the delicious fish of the day✨️

The signature "Straw Grilled Duck Dog"
Is a style where duck smoked with straw is combined with leek and cucumber, and sandwiched in steamed bread 🦆
It's packed with meat and the unique savory taste of straw grilling is irresistible♡

And what surprised us this time
Was the special menu item: the Ise lobster 🦞✨️

It was incredibly lively,
So lively it fluttered its tail vigorously 😂
Apparently, they were large that day, lucky us♡

I had it with summer vegetables and sake-less cream sauce
The firm texture was amazing, and the presence of the Ise lobster was overwhelming…!

There was also plenty of crab meat
It's heavenly for crab lovers 🦀

The salt-grilled Kinmedai had a crispy skin,
While the inside was plump and juicy✨️
As soon as I bit into it, the savory flavor
Expanded and it was delicious〜♡

The straw-grilled buttered scallops were
Large, with the sweetness of the scallops enhancing the savory taste of straw and butter; it was pure bliss 🥰

The straw-grilled salmon rice that I had to finish with was also a favorite 🍚

It was packed with salmon,
The savory scent of straw grilling was perfect…!
Mixing in the rich egg yolk made it even more delicious,
This is something you want to eat at the end 😍💕

The soft soy-stewed spare ribs were
Simmered for an incredible 7 hours 😳

Just by inserting chopsticks into it
The meat easily pulled away from the bone…!
The flavor was soaked through and I was satisfied till the end♡

Being able to enjoy the flames of straw grilling right in front of you
Watching the fish being prepared
The live feel was so much fun✨️

There is also a wide variety of sake and wine,
It's recommended for evenings when you want to relax and try different things while sipping slowly 🥂

It's a place I would like to return to on a day I want to enjoy a calm and delicious meal in Ebisu♡
