This time we visited "Sakaba Cesta" in Tachikawa 🍾🍶✨️

A branch of the popular "Sumibi Yaki Lily Shibuya & Shinjuku" in Tokyo,
this place has been renewed and opened on July 6, 2026 🙌🏻

Their specialty is the delicious Robatayaki cooked over a charcoal grill 🔥
With ingredients lined up around the charcoal,
you can enjoy the live-action of it being prepared right in front of you. It's so much fun!

We were able to indulge in a lot of their specialties this time ✨️

The large shrimp is super succulent! 🦐
The half fillet of hokke is plump and rich with fat, and the salt-grilled ayu, which is available in limited quantities, was larger than expected.
Frankly, it was a bit intimidating 😂🐟
But, cooked fragrant over charcoal, it was delicious ✨️

The A5 Wagyu was incredibly tender,
juicy, and luxurious 🥩💗

One of the particularly recommended items among the robatayaki is the
specially sourced sardines 🐟
This is their signature item, grilled fluffy over charcoal ✨️

They also offer a number of dishes that complement drinking, such as
butter soy sauce grilled chicken with bone, smoked potato salad, torched mentaiko, tamagoyaki, and adult cheese tara 🍺

What made me really happy was
the unlimited oden for a 550 yen cover charge 🍢♡

You can enjoy everything from classic oden to daily specials
in a buffet style as much as you like 🤤

The broth soaked in gentle flavors,
and you will want to eat it over and over with sake!

For the finale, we ordered mackerel sushi and 28 soba 🍜
The aromatic 28 soba also allows you to choose your favorite flavor of dipping sauce from a variety, which is delightful ✨️

Additionally,
the 2-hour all-you-can-drink for 2,500 yen is quite attractive 😳💗

You can enjoy about 20 kinds of sake, such as "Saku," "Kokuryu," "Hoou Biten,"
and the selection changes every 2-3 days 🍶

With such an extensive lineup including beer, highballs, sours, wine, and shochu,
this price is truly pleasing...!

The interior is lively, yet stylish and cozy, ✨️

A place easy to use for everything from an after-work drink, to dining with friends, company parties,
or even a date 🥰

It was a bar where you can truly enjoy the live-action of Robatayaki 🍻💗
