About a 6-minute walk from Shinjuku Station,
in a luxurious space with a modern Japanese aesthetic,
boasting a lineup of over 150 dishes,
it's truly a seafood buffet as a grand reward for adults 🤍
This time I tried the
120-minute all-you-can-eat with unlimited alcohol course🍷✨️
The first surprise was the
Tarabagani and snow crabs delivered directly from Hokkaido 🦀
The meat was packed tightly,
and their size was impressive…!!
The quality was so high, it didn’t feel like a buffet,
I just kept eating without thinking 🥺✨️
And the grilled meat offerings were also luxurious 😭🥩
Including Wagyu ribs, Wagyu loin,
Wagyu chuck roll, Wagyu sirloin,
Wagyu triangle, Wagyu rib mesh,
and even tongue & intestines - so many options...!
Enjoying the meat with my preferred level of grill was a delight,
and the meat was tender and juicy 🤤✨️
Additionally at the live kitchen,
a sushi chef making Edomae sushi was a treat🍣
Various types including bigeye tuna, yellowtail, scallop,
boiled eel, shrimp were available fresh,
and it was a sheer joy to taste them made-to-order 🥺
