📍At the serene Japanese cafe 'Kagurazaka Saryo Honten' in Kagurazaka @kagurazaka_saryo, I enjoyed a chestnut and matcha Mont Blanc tart🌰🍵✨

I love matcha so much that I wanted to try more, but due to a prolonged gastritis, I limited myself to just this one dish that day🥲

The tart included matcha cream inside, and it looked lovely, each bite spreading a refined sweetness and aroma which was so delicious🍰💚

I tried the gyokuro tea 'Suiryoku'🍃
It had a mellow flavor and deep umami, initially planning to drink just one cup due to my stomach, somehow ended up having three☕️

In a quiet and calming atmosphere, it was a healing space where you can relax even when alone🌿✨
