(Mimiga / Ryukyu-style namul / Yushi tofu / Carrot Shirishiri / Sea Grapes)
A little bit of everything, making it diverse and visually appealing ✨
🥚 Dashimaki Tamago
The flavor of the dashi gently seeps through, offering a delicate taste ✨️
🥢 Hirayachi
Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside,
can be eaten refreshingly with ponzu or special dressing ◎
🥩 Rafute
Tender and melts in your mouth deliciousness...😳!!
I personally loved it so much,
it was so amazing I wanted to buy some to take home 😭💗
🌊 Appetizer: Fresh Mozuku from Early-Harvest Island
The style of eating with broth and an onsen egg is refreshing and tasty

An Okinawan tofu made with peanuts,
its wobbly & fluffy texture is truly captivating 😳

Rich sweet potato cream with sweet potato ice cream inside,
it felt like a specialized sweet potato ice cream shop and I just loved it 🥰
There were many Okinawan dishes I've never tried before,
all were enjoyable and easy to eat ✨️
The interior had a calm atmosphere and was comfortable,
suitable for dates or after work visits ☺️
