Visited FLIPPER’S Jiyugaoka Store 🥞🍓
Their new strawberry creation was too adorable to resist…🥺💗

This time I tried:
🍓Amaou Pavlova
🍓Amaou Full Pavlova
🥤Amaou Strawberry Milk
🍵Strawberry Green Tea (HOT)

A new creation since March 18,
The combination of pancake and Pavlova is incredibly novel✨

Crispy light meringue Pavlova,
Stacked with fluffy pancakes,
Gives a delightful texture of “crisp, fluffy, and soft”…🥺

Plus, pistachios sprinkled on top add to the cuteness💚

The strawberries used are Amaou from Fukuoka Prefecture🍓
Intensely sweet and juicy,
Perfectly complement the creamy milk flavor…!

Even the normal portion is quite voluminous,
But the Amaou Full Pavlova is truly strawberry-laden,
The visual impact is incredible🥺💗🍓

Pavlova isn’t overly sweet and is rather light,
Balancing perfectly with whipped cream✨

The strawberry sauce contains fruit pieces,
Adding fun by squashing them with a spoon🍓
It’s rich, yet not overly sweet, with a juicy taste that I love…!

Pancakes pack a robust egg flavor and are incredibly fluffy🥞
Indeed, FLIPPER's offers a consistently delightful texture💗

It was ridiculously joyful and a real springtime treat🥰

Jiyugaoka, Shimokitazawa, and Kichijoji locations in Tokyo🥺

It’s planned as a limited-time offering until April 30,
