Strawberry & Rose Afternoon Tea ～Rouge Coffret（ルージュ・コフレ）～【ザ ストリングス 表参道】

The 『ストロベリー&ローズ アフタヌーンティー ～Rouge Coffret（ルージュ・コフレ）～』 will be held at TAVERN by the green (タバーン・バイ ザ グリーン) on the 2nd floor of The Strings Omotesando.

Featuring juicy strawberries and fragrant roses, we present an elegant afternoon tea inspired by Rouge Coffret, where sweets capturing the beauty of red are arranged like jewels. The afternoon tea stand will appear in a glamorous style adorned with sparkling bijoux and roses.

The sweets selection includes six items that brighten the stand: a strawberry pie brimming with fresh berries, champagne jelly scented with rose, a glossy bright-red chocolate mousse, and rose-shaped macarons. Making its debut is the “strawberry coffret”, which lets you enjoy fresh domestic strawberries just as they are. Using carefully selected branded strawberries that change daily, it offers a luxurious experience pleasing to both the eyes and the palate.

Savories include four kinds such as TAVERN’s special mini burgers packed with umami and an open-faced sandwich of smoked salmon and mascarpone cheese, along with salad and potage, for a satisfyingly abundant lineup. On weekdays, a special cocktail salad is served: a stylish caprese of strawberries and burrata cheese paired with crystal tomato jelly.

For drinks, enjoy as much as you like from 16 varieties including teas from the Singapore-born luxury tea brand TWG Tea and The Strings Omotesando’s original blend coffee. The optional menu also features an aromatic and gorgeous martini based on dry gin and strawberry liqueur, layered with tea and pomegranate vinegar and adorned with petals. In addition, a special dessert of a crisp-baked croffle with strawberries and melting chocolate ice cream will appear. Together with the afternoon tea, savor a blissful, heart-unwinding moment. There is also a prix fixe course where you can choose a main dish and have four afternoon tea sweets served as dessert.
